Agoda is by far one of the worst service. Here is what they did with me – they marketed a 1.5 star hotel as a 4 star. I booked it, and obviously didn’t like it and tried to cancel it. But you get to see the room only after you check in. They charged me full even though I stayed for 6hrs (had reached at 2AM and canceled in the morning. The culprit was dirty, the window broken etc. It was a stinky place, so basically this is a scam from Adoga coz I learned that the hotel rooms are rented by Agoda.
