I have been trying to return 4 pairs of shoes for a month. can’t log into my account. When trying to change my password it won’t allow me pass the robot stage. Can’t chat because it says fraudulent download. Cant talk to anyone . The shoes are too big not true to size just wanted to exchange them and I can’t reach anyone . Very very unhappy
