I had an issue my package was returned to sender due to address unknown. Finally received my package just in time for my sister’s birthday. At her dinner she opened it up & not our pictures. I was someone’s photos for Valentines. No help with customer service. The chat doesn’t work. Total scam. I’m disputing with my bank. Sorry for the couple who will get my order
