Justanswer is a money scam! They reel you in by offering a $5 membership joint fee but most services require additional fees which for me was awful. I joined for $5 then needed to speak to a vet which cost me $28 and all the vet could tell me was that my dog had asthma. My dog is 12 years old and never had any breathing issues. His advice was absurd. In addition the vet was very disinterested it seemed by his demeanor, he was not helpful. I also noticed an additional $25 charge which I had no idea of. When I asked for a refund they said they couldn’t as additional charges were in their small print. What a money scam!
