    I ordered a makeup advent calendar back in October and it never arrived. After months of arguing I was sent the tracking details which showed that not only was the item not posted until the 23rd December but the item was not even in my country. They claimed over and over that it had been delivered and not their problem.Worse customer service that i have ever seen. I have now reported them to Action Fraud and as soon as they fail to respond to my Subject Access Request I will be reporting them to the ICO.
