I have tried to call the customer service line to cancel and always says number is not in service. A few times when it has answered it says please wait than hangs up. I’m being scammed here and they keep taking $25 a month and I can’t get it cancelled. Everything they offer is free in Credit Karma and Borrowell.I have tried to cancel this a few times and then even today the person that I finally got through to who did help me cancel it kept trying to offer me more of a discount. With the information on the service I was not happy I sent numerous messages through the account in order to cancel, and it never happened and I kept getting charged. I will be watching closely to make sure it is fully cancelled as I have not paid for service for a couple months that I did not want. Scammers
