Complete scam … Stay away….They keep stalling with the same excuse over and over again.. unfortunately I was stupid enough to pay extra for the premium service because they guaranteed success with that.. process goes up to 99% ,then premium service is down, then starts over and stops at 99%.. when they finally answer back they give you a bogus story about sometimes it can take up to 90 days to complete… 24/5 was the last time they sent it to their premium service (that’s a bit more than 90 days).. my last 3 mails they have not responded.. SCAM SCAM SCAM
