Placed an order January 14, received notification it shipped January 15 with a guaranteed arrival in 5-7 days. Contacted customer service 2 weeks later and was told “just wait a few days and if you don’t get it email us again”. What?? Why would I do that when I’m contacting you NOW?? Tracking provides no info and customer service has no clue. DO NOT SHOP HERE!! This place will steal your money!! I demanded a refund but was told to wait to see if the clothes ever arrive. What a joke! It’s now Feb 4 and still nothing. Scammers!
