This company is a complete scam. I have had there service for over a year and besides the technology being terrible, the equipment constantly malfunctioning / beeping all the time, it is impossible to cancel. I have been on hold for over 2 hours being transferred from department to department.DO NOT USE ADT SECURITY I PROMISE YOU, YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED.
