Hopefully there’s a way to sue them for letting people waste good money booking holidays around buying a ticket from them, inter v ac in few hours spent a full day of my holiday with my son in a hotel trying to make contact to find out what’s happening, emailed, messaged, phoned and left emergency voicemails still nothing, joke of a service. Funny they only seem to reply to good reviews on here as well and they always seem to say to the customers leaving good reviews it’s a pleasure dealing with customers like you, so your only a pleasure to deal with if your happy they done what they have been paid to do so your not a pleasure if your not happy about not receiving tickets you have paid for and booked holidays around.
