Due to COVID. We we’re not able to make our trip. Finally got a correction invoice confirmation regarding our tickets from the airline which was sent to Supersaver. Only to hear that it is busy and please be patient. Now suddenly all my booking information is lost and they can’t help me!! This starts to look like a big SCAM! I’m surprised that this “company” is still allowed to conduct business. I’m sorry that I chose to book with them. And strongly advise people not to book with Supersaver!
