No matter how good the clothes look online, you never receive any response from the customer care team. I sent 3 emails to follow up my giftcard more than 2 weeks ago, and no one has replied. They took away the giftcard amount (store credit) before I can use it. I wanted to return and get refund on an item, but they insisted to give me store credit (half the price I pay) and keep my item. It’s a big mistake. The giftcard never works because there’s no money in it. This company is a scam!
