DO NOT SEND MONEY TO THESE CROOKS. Tried canceling before activation August 2022 and advised 60 days to return funds. Going on 6 months and still nothing. They keep stating its been expedited and priority since November 1st. Still nothing! There is no one to contact directly on this matter. They keep replying “we have no access at all for processing any refund to any cardholder’s account and can only make requests to our refund issuing team” They changed emails to hello_plastk I feel scammed! DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY!
