I had made several purchases in the past with no problems however since 2020 Etsy is allowed scammers onto their website. I have alwways purchased the items using Paypal and it’s a good thing I did because Etsy will not assist you and worst of all you cannot and I repeat cannot communicate with them. This site is not to be trusted anymore until they stop the scammers and provide effective communication with the customer.
