DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!! THE WEBSITE, STORE AND CUSTOMER CARE CENTER EMAIL ARE ALL DIFFERENT!! I ordered 2 generators back on January 10th for $29.99 each and I should have stuck to my gut feeling that this was “TO GOOD TO BE TRUE” because this IS A SCAM !! First off mine and the other person that I paid for (separate orders) gave us the same tracking numbers then today it shows that they were delivered to a residence in Eureka, KS !!! I live in GA ! I wrote the company and told them I needed what I ordered within 3-5 days, a total refund for both orders or I would report them to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) along with all my emails and tracking information!
