I also fell victim to the false claims of Rhino when I was forced to get the “deposit insurance.” I am making every effort to initiate a class action against this company which has, so far, found loopholes in the system after the pandemic. I strongly suggest people who deal with this company to submit complaints to their state Commission of Insurance, the FTC, and the BBB. The Rhino company is most definitely a scam and I have read numerous complaints and correspondence from NBC along with legal reviews.
