Fast, easy and understandable in my own language. It’s just unfortunate that Telcel apparently sells their contact information to 3rd parties that attempt to scam you. Every day after I loaded my SIM card with 3.5G for 30 days I get a scam text message apparently from Telcel saying that I would be running out of data soon and wanting me to click a link to top up.
