Ordered a pair of Uggs. They arrived and were not what I expected. Sent emails requesting to return them and no one has ever contacted me to initiate return. At this point I question whether or not they are authenticate Uggs. I will never do business with this company again. Extremely disappointed feels lime the biggest scam.
