I have had similar issues as others. I was charged the 99.00 before my application had even been processed. They lied about sending my prior authorization to my insurance company. They do not answer emails. They do not answer phone calls. There is no way to contact them directly. I had to find their phone number on the Better Business Bureau website. Since it’s been a month since I signed up and have had zero communication, I am going to request a cancellation and refund in writing. I’m also going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the FTC. This is a scam. Don’t trust the positive reviews. It’s also very interesting that they’ve deleted all of the negative comments from their Instagram page.
