I wanted to cancel my annual plan. You can’t do it on your own. You need to contact them via call or chat (no email is available). I have been chatting with them for over 70 mins and the plan is not canceled yet. They are requesting one-time tokens that are sent to the email and password detail. It is too scammy on its own website. They make it impossible or at least very difficult to cancel the plan.
