Been in touch with Jacqui and what a run around. I have been told that no fraud was committed and they can charge shipping without notifying DHL of said charge. I sent an invoice copy to DHL U.K asking if they know Nebra is charging customers shipping and not delivering. Waiting on response. I think everyone should contact what ever shipping company Nebra said they use for your miner and let them know people are being ripped off for shipping charges along with no product. After all Nebra is making money using a shipping companies name.FRAUD (wrongful or criminal deception intended for financial or personal gains). Nebra fits the definition.
