Terrible scammers! My mum accidentally ordered $200 worth of incense (how is that even possible?) and they said they would refund if she returned the package. The first package was returned “not known at this address”. The second package went missing for weeks, then was found and returned to her. A great way not to come good on the refund is to never accept the returned goods. They stopped communicating and she was left with a credit card debt and a ridiculously expensive product she didn’t want. Stay well away! Incense can be safely purchased from legitimate businesses
