Brought a Microsoft office 2021 key but it was showing as invalid so I emailed cjs & eventually got a reply apologising & they sent replacement key. Only the replacement was exactly the same key number and also did not work. Then after another long wait on reply they said they’ve checked key & it works. They said my online method is incorrect lol. I’m still waiting for a refund. Avoid at all costs as they are scammers.
