Absolutely the worst experience. TXU contracted cinch to handle my warranty. I’ve provided all documentation per contract. I’ve called everyday to check status and each time I get a different agent that just reads off a screen and can’t help. Online status says accepted but agents say they need more and more documentation. Ultimately this feels like a scam. They are dragging this out because they don’t want to reimburse me what I am owed. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
