I emailed c-date, asking how to cancel my subscription, as there isn’t a link from my trial subscription cancelation page? Their reply was; I could send an email with the attachment form, downloaded from the attachment link, that would pop up in a few days time, on my profile deactivation page, (the FAQ page linking to the query; how do I cancel my subscription).So, waiting, waiting, waiting…a week later still no link! So there’s still no email attachment form to send because the link in my profile is non existent. Nor is there a link to the cancelation form, sent from c-date to me when I originally emailed my enquiry, of how to cancel my subscription. So I’ve simply written my own request and sent it in, with my own pdf attachment! If I get a negative response I’m reporting c-date to both Trading Standards and the FBI, as this is major international FRAUD! As well as all the fake dating site review pages that this website and app are linked to!
