Well that explains where the ear muffs came from. Like many others that have written reviews I ordered a Handheld Laser Engraver & Laser Cutter. It was cheap but it would be fun …. or so I thought …. until I received a pair of ear muffs.As I enter many competitions I often get odd things through the post it was only when checking on here that the ear muffs were explained. I have written asking for a refund but I think I might as well go straight for a charge back.At the time of ordering I did check out this company but there were no negative reviews …. there are now.Updated 3rd Feb 23 – I have had various emails from the company. They require me to send the ear muffs back to China at my cost (at least £15). They will then send me the laser engraver. Or I can keep the ear muffs and they will refund me 35% of the money. After many emails it is up to 65% refund. The ear muffs would cost me £2 in a local shop (wholesale they are worth about 50p) yet they still want me to be out of pocket by over £15.They are scam merchants – I have tried – I’ve given them the benefit of doubt, explained it in very simple English, but no – they do not want to give me 100% refund.
