I originally ordered I pillow (standard size) and 1 cooling pillow cover and 1 regular pillow cover.I received 4 pillows and 2 cooling pillow cases and 1 regular pillow case. When I requested a refund they didn’t tell me that the product had to be shipped back to Lithuania at a postage cost of $150.00!The product is shipped from a warehouse in the U.S.(New Jersey) but they want you to send it back to Lithuania at your own expense. The shipping charge initially to send it to Canada was $11.00!This company and its website is a total scam and I was also offered a cookbook for $15.00 which is a total insult.Do not buy anything from this website, stick with Amazon if you want a good product with honest customer service.My total order amounted to $201.00 (CDN) which can buy you a lot of domestic made pillows from Canada or the U.S.Buy your pillows from a reputable retailer like Sleep Country, which is here in Canada or Wayfair .com in the United States.
