I forgot to cancel my trial subscription. When I got charged, I reached out and asked if I could get a refund for my mistake. They have been nearly impossible to reach and when they do reply, it’s cold and unhelpful. No willingness to help out at all. It seems like a complete scam. Don’t waste your money on this garbage company.
