Please do not order from this companyI have waited an age for the item, asked them to refund and cancel based on non-deliveryThey ignored me and said would send by premium delivery….11 days laterNow it’s arrived and is nothing like the size ordered, so I’ve contacted yet again to return for refund and they will not engage on returns/ refunds instead saying “pls send a photo, do you have original packaging, send new measurements” and so it goes on….It’s a scam. Contact your card company who will raise a claim due to non-engagement by the retailer, you have to wait 15 days but the card company can then take action.I have no doubt this bunch of fraudsters will continue their ridiculous dialogue but hopefully my card company will help.
