Scam Detector helped me with some open source intelligence on prospective clients. Whilst most of their preliminary data is automated on best efforts, there is a human team behind it to fix any corrections that might be needed. Used alongside other data sources, Scam Detector is quite a helpful indicator for the legitimacy of a website.
