They have £23 of my money they didn’t send my product that I purchased and won’t refund my money unless I send them a picture of me holding my passport. They are scammers and thieves. Do not buy from this company they are untrustworthy. Update 30/01/2023 they are still sending copy and paste emails. They still won’t give me what I paid for. Do not spend money at Dundle they are untrustworthy and you won’t be guaranteed to get what you pay for and they certainly will not refund your money. Online sites seem to be able to get away with scamming innocent people out of money
