This is my first time to book for a ferry in the Philippines. I booked for four people that supposed to be in travel this February 1. I paid the tickets for the ferry early but they asked for an additional payment for the reason that the price of each ticket had increased. Without having any negative thoughts, I immediately send them the money for me to finally have my eTicket. After sending, I got a message from their support telling me that Feb 1 is fullybooked and they will process my refunds. They asked for my bank account and I send them it immediately. They said it was already processed, asked them the details, they said, they won’t give as it is not allowed! I just asked for proof of bank transfer but not allowed? How come? They said they are not accountable of it anymore, I will just have to call the bank! You are a scammer! I worked hard enought just to buy for the tickets for.my family to be home! Where is my money now? Up until now I didn’t get any refunds!, You are out of mercy! Give me back my money now!
