I agree with all the low rating reviews. My problem was I was scammed by the original vendor Keppel Apparel which advertised all apparel was manufactured in North Carolina. Low and behold when I did not get a tracking number, I notified Keppal only to be told to be patient and to keep checking with the TN just provided. That’s when I found out the shipper was XBORDERECOMMERCE which is an overseas shipper definitely not coming from NC. Sent many emails to Keppal as well as XBorder and all I get is a run a round and the pat answer “be patient”. It’s going on day 24 and still no product and no record at USPS. Asked for full refund and all I get is “Be patient” from both companies. Lesson learned never order anything from a FB vendor. How could they improve….don’t lie to your customers.
