I ordered the New Balance M990GY3 Grey Made In USA size 45 (Europe) on 01/01/2023. After which I got a mail to confirm my order placement. On 03/01/2023 I was wondering where my shoes were because of the promised 1-2-day delivery. That’s when I went to Trustpilot to ensure it wasn’t a scam. I soon found out that they have been a decent webshop in the past but since the month of December has been having a lot of bad reviews. Due to late deliveries, lack of communication and refund problems (SCM problems & Service level outbound is poor). This gave me some stress because my 230€ went to an overloaded (17 job offers = understaffed ) webshop with many inside issues. Thats when on the 04/01/2023 I got an e-mail about a track and trace about my order. Got it today 05/01/2023 at 16:46. The shoes fit and look as expected. I hope y’all will eventually get your shoes and I hope that they find the people they are looking for to make this a good webshop.
