This company is garbage!!!! They steal your money. I paid for a flight back in September 2022. My husband got covid and was unable to fly. I called the airline azul and they approved a voucher and sent over the information to skytours. The person that verified my voucher is named Fabiola and she said that I would have till august 16th 2023 to claim my voucher with sky-tours. I tried calling since yesterday because you have to supposedly claim the ticket a week minimum before travel. Nothing! No one picks up the phone. It actually hangs up on you. The chat doesn’t let you input information. And they never send you any emails they promise. They ARE A PIECE OF TRASH! I plan to take LEGAL ACTION if I do not get my MONEY BACK ASAP!!! DESPICABLE scamming thieves. Literally DISGUSTING!
