Would give them zero – this is a SCAM! These cheap products are delivered from China.Whilst the product was delivered, wasn’t like it was pictured so sought to return. Initially, said said I couldn’t (illegal in the UK), then tried to offer a partial refund for me to keep it. Kept pushing, got an address to return in China at my own expense. Eventually, 6 months later, tracking notices state delivery was attempted twice but there was no answer. Parcel returned to me.They still say unless I return, no refund. A blatant case of refusing the delivery and wouldn’t be surprised if a little Chinese bribery. Corruption at its finest
