Total scam. My young son was able to help me with an iphone issue that the technician was not able to help with. I was asked for $1.00 which I agreed to and then asked if I would be willing to pay an additional fee, which I said no. I was immediately charged a fee of $46.00. Total fraudulent money-making scheme.
