Total scam. Tried to chance reservation, because I read the hotel had bed bugs and other horrible things and I didn’t want to stay there. Accidentally cancelled it instead of having the opportunity to change it plus was unaware that I’d still be paying for the room, minus the taxes as my “cancellation fee.”. I called the number right away but there was “nothing we can do.” I didn’t realize that I wasn’t dealing with the hotel directly. My trip is THREE WEEKS away. Such a scam to not be accommodating or allow a cancellation.
