Fruugo

    Fruugo contacted me by email after replying to my review. Fruugo sent a form to be filled out. On top of having paid (trusted Fruugo online service) I am the one who has to perform „homework“ for Fruugo to start an inquiry to shipping company. My time is precious. Dear Fruugo, save your time and mine, just refund me what Fruugo received without performing any delivery to date! Fruugo you are loosing credibility. Process refund and I add please! 27 January 2023Rightfully it should be a minus -5 stars not a mere one star. My order dated 18 November 2022 has not been delivered yet. Back and forth messages with customer office have not resolved the fact that I paid in full an order that never was delivered to date! I requested a full refund. What followed was absolute silence from Fruugo. As an online shopper I have choices and I learned the lesson: never place an order with Fruugo again. It’s a scam or should I say a negligent shame ? Dear Fruugo I still expect a full refund you owe me!
