They are literally fraudsters – I booked and paid for two nights in Jerusalem with Agoda, only to arrive and fid hotel had no record. Hotel had not used Agoda since pre-covid and had no means of taking bookings or payments from Agoda. I complained to Agoda – who are still telling me nonsense 10 messages and two days later, had to pay hotel second time directly, will charge back useless Agoda fraudsters on my credit card
