A person named Raoul was supposed to clean my studio Sunday. He texted me that he would be there in 5 minutes. I told him to call or text me when he arrives. I Didn’t hear from him and I texted him to let him know I was at the door to let him in. He never texted me and claimed he was there and he was freezing which I think is a lie. There’s no phone number to contact the company to complain about the services until I found a number somewhere else and got a robot call asking me to leave a message which I did. I never received a call back or an apology and I feel I’m being scammed.
