They claimed that I signed up for 14 days with automatic renewal when I purchased their one-time-only access for 2 days. They only refunded half of the subscription amount that they took (wonder why no PayPal option). They are scammers and fraudsters. I have a bank transaction proving that I paid for two days access option which is a completely separate option from the subscription. Don’t use them. There are honest CV-building tool websites out there.
