This would be a great service if it were not for issues with the unsubscribe from service button being unresponsive on most browsers. I clicked the unsubscribe button, thought it was done, got charged (and got no email saying so, I only noticed because I go through my bank statements). When I reached out to customer service telling them I attempted to unsubscribe and need my money back since I did not use the service, they agreed to cancel the service but initially told me they could not refund me. After going over the situation 3 more times with him he finally said “the best I can do is give you half of it back, the system doesn’t allow full refunds”. I explained that I was going to dispute the charges with my bank and report them to BBB and then he said he’d let the manager know I needed the rest back and that they would reach out. Finally got the refund, don’t give up on getting your money back! They are making most their money this way.Really loved the service until having to take time out of my day off to deal with them trying to scam me. This is also not an isolated experience either, there is a whole Reddit thread with multiple people dealing with the same issue, most claiming to not get a refund. Sad that they feel the need to scam people like this.The bottom line is if you use this service then you have to call them to cancel because they will do everything they can to steal from you.
