I ordered pots and pans from a Facebook like that appeared to be connected to SAMS CLUB. It’s been a month since I made the order and when I’ve reached out to customer service they send me a tracking number that shows my package was delivered In Michigan. I emailed back to let them know my package was sent to the wrong state and they replied with this:“Dear customer. We have checked for you that your order has been placed properly, If your package does not arrive or shows a delivery address different from yours, please contact your local post office.Have a nice day!Sincerely,Customer Service Center” Someone please tell me how that logic makes any sense. This was absolutely a scam, my thoughts were confirmed when I saw these other reviews. How trashy of people to do this to so many others!
