Signed up to this programme with the promise of a refund if not satisfied. Tried the App through my Iphone and my Apple Mac and a normal PC unable to get on to it. Requested a refund to be advised that wasn’t possible. Cancelled the programme further and been dealing with PayPal since, hopefully they will manage to sort this out. What a SCAM. The company keep asking for photos and recordings of me trying to get on to the App. I have advised that since the purchase last Saturday and trying to get a refund within an hour of the purchase that I have read countless dreadful reviews but they are ignoring my requests and keep asking for recordings. I think we should ALL band together and take legal action against this company and report them to Trading Standards and the police as this is not legal.They have to return your money if requested.
