This company is a total Scam. No refund from them at all. Sent inquiry from online, and got reply asking me to send in original receipt. I told them the store staff stapled the original receipt with the tax form and I put them in the tax refund box as instructed. I only have photo copy. They never responded after that! I can’t believe a company like this exists, just took tax free money from travelers! government is behind this for sure! Otherwise how did they end up in this position and took money from people illegally?!
