I filled out the form from this company thinking they were DVLA, I realised it was a scam just prior to completing the payment details. I used DVLA and received my licence. A few days later I had message that my payment details were unsuccessful, so I filled in my details. and pressed the send button. Instantly I realised this was LICENCE ASSISTANCE not DVLA. They would not refund as they processed. They could not have processed it as I already had my Licence from DVLA. I let it go then on 16/01/23 they took £89 from my account. I totally did not authorize this transaction so I have just requested new cards and informed the bank. I am not sure if I will be refunded for this action? Looking at all these reviews, how the hell is this company still selling?
