I purchased a code which I tried to redeem one minute later, unfortunately the website told me, that the code had already been used. I immediately opened a ticket with MTC which they closed after one week (without any information). The then by me contacted customer service told me to open an new (identical!) ticket which I did not receive any feedback upon. Beware: this site is a scam!
