Should have checked reviews before using Klook. Others used it before with no problem, so I thought it would be okay. We booked a car to pick us up to go to the airport early morning at the end of our vacation in Hong Kong. Got all the confirmation as usual with phone number to contact. When the driver didn’t show, contacted the number enclosed with no response. It was a scam. We were completely freaked out when I figured out that it was a scam and it wasn’t the driver running a little late. Fortunately, we got some quick help to get a cab that can take us and suitcases last minute, and still made our flight. It would have been disastrous for the whole family to miss our flight home! They did subsequently refunded, but a total scam and put us in a very terrible and anxious situation. You put yourself at risk to trust Klook to provide the service confirmed.
