This is the worst experience I’ve ever had buying shoes. The shoes were “verified” by someone who should get fired. Shoes look like crap and to return n get a refund I have to pay a 15% fee and pay for shipping to Hong Kong myself. Also this scammy company wants me to ship the shoes back as a gift through customs to avoid additional fees. Such. A scammy company.
